Leave is not just a benefit – the Labor Code guarantees the right to rest. Medical rest, caring for a family member, or a refreshing vacation – at least 20 full working days are entitled to everyone annually.
🎂 Extra rest with age
As the years pass, you can spend more time away from the workplace:
- Over 25 years: +1 day per year
- At 28 years: +2 days
- At 31: +3 days
